LA COMPAGNIE DU TRANSGUINÉEN S.A（CTG) is a joint venture between the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto Simfer Infraco LTD (Rio Tinto Simfer) and Winning Consortium Simandou Infrastructure PTE. LTD (WCS).The joint venture was formed to facilitate the development of infrastructure, including rail, port, and marine operations, to export iron ore from the Rio Tinto Simfer and WCS Simandou mines.

CTG’s objective is to drive prosperity to communities along the value chain by establishing a world-class Guinean services company, comprising of:
